Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, Barbara worked at Simon-Kucher & Partners for nearly 6 years as Office Manager in their Danish office. Her main tasks included bookkeeping, HR, general administrative work, and heading reception. She also planned and organized travel and events for the company.
Barbara also worked as a Personal Assistant at Københavns Erhvervsakademi, where she was responsible for a number of administrative tasks. They included planning and coordinating meetings, attending board meetings, organizing events, making travel bookings, and preparing presentation material.
